I wanted to let you know of an opportunity to meet with U.S. Congressman Frank Kratovil. He will be in Cecil County at two different forums tomorrow afternoon. The first one is at 2:00 p.m. at the Cecil County Agricultural Forum at the Calvert Grange Hall, located at 2357 Telegraph Rd (Route 273) in Rising Sun - the second forum is is at 4:30 p.m. at the North East Library, located at 106 West Cecil Avenue in North East.

I attended the meeting at the North East library on august 6th.
he was asked 3 times if he had read the bill. After ignoring the question, the answer the third time was "I am IN THE PROCESS of reading it now."
He claimed not to know anything about the part of the bill which permits the government to take your bank account information and debit your bank account for pos services.
Obviously Mr. Kratovil has not reached that portion of the bill.
He kept repeating that he is a FRESHMAN representative. My question is, does he want to be a SOPHOMORE?
