On August 11th, 2012 from 2 pm to 6 pm, Pam Howard (candidate for Cecil County Executive) will be hosting a family picnic at Dove Valley. There will be live music, food, kids' entertainment and Kilby Cream Ice Cream. The price is $12 per family. It sounds like a fun day for all.
