Bigger or smaller?

Yet everything voters thought they were accomplishing by touching the screens for the GOP was contradictorily and confoundingly neutralized by approving charter government.

On its sixth time on the ballot, charter government and all the bureaucracy it will create was approved by the same voters who went overwhelmingly for Republicans, i.e., less government and fewer taxes.

I goofed and forgot to show the source of the article. It has been added now. Also if you click on the story, it will take you to the whole story. I published that article because I thought that it was interesting and a view from outside the county. Not because I agreed with it. I also voted for charter, mainly because of the circus that took place this past year.
