The University of Maryland Dental School has formed a partnership with Union Hospital of Elkton to provide dental care to those Cecil County residents who have not been getting fully adequate services. Officials from the hospital and the school, with government officials on hand at a Jan. 2 ceremony, signed a proclamation formalizing the agreement at Cecil College's Elkton campus.
