Frank Kratovil, the Queen Anne's County state's attorney and a candidate for Maryland's 1st District seat in Congress, is schedule to address the Cecil County Democrat Club on Thursday.
The meeting, schedule for 7 p.m. will be held at the North East VFW, off Route 272 south of town. The meeting is open to the public.
