The county commissioners recently have approved a large increase in water fees and the water connection fees. The connection fees have increased by a couple of thousand dollars. Looks like a backdoor attempt to impose an impact fee on the county. And also, since when has water cost more then the sewage treatment. What's the story with this.

Well overdue for rate increase, this may also be linked to Artesian Water Co proposal to move into the county.
